Analyst - Data Management Team

The new member of the team will focus on the group’s CRM system and other client data related responsibilities.

Responsibilities Include:

·          Ad hoc updates to investor, account, contact records

·          Quality control existing data metrics and ongoing data maintenance

·          Work closely with Sales and IR teams on pipeline updates (over email and in meetings)

·          Design event communications and manage invitees within event management system

·          Handle bulk mailings design and distribution with sales team

·          Produce reports utilizing data / inputs based on the needs of the Compliance, Legal, Sales and IR teams; manipulate in Excel to produce desired end report

·          Support ongoing development and implementation of technology solutions for business users

·         Bachelor’s degree with at least 3-5 years of experience – previous experience in financial services, data science / technology or consulting, preferred

·         Experience with databases and / or cross-functional teams is a plus
