About the Position
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for projects, organization and support for the firm’s HR initiatives. This role will also provide day-to-day administrative support for one HR Managing Director, one Senior Vice President and one Vice President.
We are seeking a candidate who is proactive, highly organized, not easily flustered, and capable of handling multiple priorities. The ability to take ownership of projects is very important, but the candidate must be comfortable with the administrative aspects of the role. Resourcefulness, ability to learn quickly, the ability to understand the “big picture” while processing detailed information are critical. This individual must be highly discreet as there is exposure to confidential information as well as sensitive situations.
This individual will provide backup administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer, and two other Managing Directors.
Hours: 8:45am –5:30pm; with additional overtime as needed
Responsibilities
General HR support and operations:
· Coordination of quarterly and annual Harassment Prevention Training sessions, including managing employee acknowledgements and uploads to HRIS platform
