Corporate Operations:  Contracts/ Vendor Management Analyst 

Manages firmwide IT application development/Market Data related contracts and vendor relationships. Facilitate order requests, updates inventory database records, reviews invoices for accuracy and routes for payment approval and provides contract administration support. Liaison for all contract related matters internally and with 3rd party external vendors.

A successful candidate will need to possess strong interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills; strong organizational and analytical skills; strong leadership and supervisory skills; and must be able to conduct meetings and contribute to discussions. Additionally, to be successful, the right candidate must be a team player with strong customer service orientation.

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:

  • Day-to-day management of all contract services which includes vendor management associated with IT application development/market data products
  • Update service inventory utilizing (FITS) tracking system
  • Responsible for driving contract renewal process and contract negotiation
  • Will have oversight over an operations coordinator who will assist in the invoicing process
  • Obtains cost approvals and process orders in compliance with contract terms & conditions
  • Research new services as requested internally
  • Provide monthly accounting and management reports
  • Fulfill ad-hoc requests
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned

Skills/Individual Characteristics Required:            

  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize assigned work and complete in a timely manner
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, ability to follow multi-step processes, organization skills and ability to multi-task; ability to effectively manage an unpredictable workload and meet established deadlines
  • Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to work across broad, diverse groups; demonstrates the ability to collaborate and develop/maintain relationships internally and externally with vendors


  • BS Degree, business degree preferably 
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a related environment
  • Knowledge of general accounting concepts, responsible for creating, and presenting financial reports to Management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially with Excel and Outlook are required
