About Position:

The ideal candidate will have financial services experience and will be responsible for directly recruiting all levels of employees for Fortress utilizing no fee, low fee sources and staffing agencies. 


Source, recruit and screen qualified candidates
Work directly with hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs
Assist with writing job descriptions to attract top talent
Leverage online recruiting resources, in-house systems (Avature) and professional networks to source and recruit qualified candidates
Prepare candidates for interviews; guide candidates through a successful interviewing experience, including continuous feedback 
Maintain accurate and organized documentation and reporting on all candidates and searches for potential audits


7-10 years of recruiting experience with at least 3 of those years in financial services
Solid understanding of alternative asset management space a plus 
Ability to commit to a 6-9-month assignment
Strong experience utilizing direct recruitment efforts
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information 
Experience recruiting in-house in a corporate environment across multiple functions
Strong initiative and sound judgment
Self-motivated and self-directed
Experience using applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work successfully as part of the team 
High integrity and ethics
