NRZ is seeking a Modeling intern who would be responsible for:
· Exploratory data analysis on large residential loan data sets
· Estimate statistical models of loan credit and payment performance to be used for portfolio valuation
· Use AWS tools to analyze trends in agency mortgage origination
Additionally, the following skills are preferred:
· Pursuing MS or PhD in Statistics or related science
· Knowledge of Loan Performance and agency loan-level data sets
· Experience in pricing/modeling MSRs
· Experience with consumer credit
