The HR Assistant will be responsible for invoice processing, cost allocations and administration of all employee benefit programs.  He or she will also provide day-to-day administrative support for two HR Managing Directors and a Vice President.

This is an ideal role for a bright individual who has experience working in Excel yet is comfortable with the administrative component required of the role.  

We are seeking a candidate who is proactive, highly organized, not easily flustered, and capable of handling multiple priorities. Resourcefulness, ability to learn quickly, the ability to understand the “big picture” while processing detailed expense information, and the ability to take ownership of projects are very important. This individual must be highly discreet as there is exposure to confidential information. 

This individual will provide backup support for the Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer, and two other Managing Directors.

Hours: 8:45am – 6pm; approximately 5 hours of overtime/week or as needed

Responsibilities include:

Benefits and Invoice Administration:

  • Administer benefits invoices and cost allocations (for medical, dental etc.)
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees on various benefit plans
  • Maintain and administer employee perk programs (employee gym reimbursements)
  • Track/maintain employee benefit records, assist with administering various benefit programs

General administrative tasks:

  • Expense reporting, schedule meetings, and answer phones
  • Order supplies
  • Handle logistics of orientation days such as lunches, conference room setup, and compile new hire packets.


  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup)
  • Discreet, reliable, confident
  • Customer service oriented
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Workday experience a plus
  • 2+ years of relevant corporate experience
