FP&A Compensation Analyst
As a compensation analyst within corporate, you will work closely with the finance teams throughout the organization; work with a team of HR and accounting professionals in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including, but no limited to compensation projections, expense allocations & reimbursements, tracking headcount activity and hiring & attrition trend analysis.
The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
· Bright and flexible, with excellent analytical, strategic, and implementation skills
· Well organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and expeditiously
· Proactive, high-energy with a hands-on approach to problem solving, and show initiative regardless of day or time
