COMPANY: FTAI Aviation owns and acquires high-quality jet engines and commercial aircraft, which are leased to operators or third parties.   


This position is responsible for supporting the asset management department of the FTAI Aviation business.  The Account Representative will be responsible for the issuance of customer invoices, application of customer payments, and maintaining accurate and complete statement of accounts. 

Other specific responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the monthly billing and the maintenance activities in the accounts receivable function for all aircraft and engine leases.
  • Prepare monthly invoices and monthly consolidated invoice summaries
  • Assist with customer inquiries regarding invoices
  • Ensures timely collection of payments
  • Oversee cash application and provide customers with customer statements
  • Reviews customer requests for adjustments, issues credit memo, ensures proper recording in NAV
  • Generate and distribute the Accounts Receivable Aging report
  • Follows up on past due accounts
  • Request, maintain and ensure compliance with requirements under the lease agreement; including but not limited to insurance certificates, financial statements and letters of credit


Qualified candidates should have the following:

  • Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in Accounting
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, GL experience a plus
  • Experience in the Aircraft leasing business

·         Prior experience in a start-up company environment or enterprise-wide transformation a plus.

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Excellent customer service
  • Previous experience and proficiency with Microsoft NAV, and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word)

·         Highly effective problem solving and organizational skills

·         Strong track record of delivering accurate, timely information and reports, with careful eye for detail.

·         Superior analytical, quantitative and communication (both oral and written) skills.

·         Must have strong drive and initiative with ability to balance multiple tasks.


Must have an outstanding record of achievement including an undergraduate degree from a well-respected school.
